SENIOR MANAGER – BUSINESS SERVICES L&D PRACTICE Ready to run the show, shake things up, and still look good in stakeholder meetings?
We’re looking for a proper Learning & Development rockstar with serious swagger to own the UK territory L&D game at the next level.
This isn’t your average “design a few e-learning modules and call it a day” role.
This is big-league, high-stakes, high-visibility territory leadership — where you get to:

- Be the trusted consigliere to some of the most senior leaders in the territory
- Turn ambiguity into crystal-clear strategy (and make it look effortless)
- Drive serious innovation while keeping everything squeaky clean on compliance & governance
- Lead, inspire and grow a kick-ass multi-disciplinary L&D crew in a truly global delivery engine.
What we’re hunting for:
- 5- 8 years’ experience in leading multi-disciplinary Learning and Development teams in a Global delivery environment.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 6 or 7) in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent
- A Diploma or Master's degree (NQF Level 8) in Leadership, Business Management (MBA) would be advantageous
