Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and administer training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identifying skills gaps across departments.
Develop training calendars and schedules, ensuring smooth logistics for all sessions.
Maintain accurate training records, evaluations, and reporting metrics for L&D activities.
Collaborate with managers to align development initiatives with business goals.
Design and updating of learner guides, manuals, and digital learning resources.
Manage the Learning management system and keeping track of employee progress and goals.
Train, monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, providing feedback and recommendations.
Assist in training initiatives that align with succession planning and career development initiatives.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
Assist in building and maintaining a talent pipeline for critical and frequently recruited positions.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define role specifications.
Conduct preliminary candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure suitability for roles.
Partner with the Human Resource team to facilitate the seamless onboarding and integration of new employees into training and development programmes.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent.
Organise, collate, and submit ESG documentation.
Request and update preferential procurement schedules with latest B-BBEE certificate data.
Maintain documentation of transformation initiatives.
Assist events team/s on initiatives (planning, administration, etc.).
Compile relevant Audit data (B-BBEE & ESG).
Compilation and submission of annual Workplace Skills Plan.
