The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a designated kitchen section and ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented according to the hotel's standards. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations, uphold food quality standards, and support junior team members during service.
