Job Summary
What You'll Do:
Oversee key factory operations including drying, bagging, stacking, milling, and mixing of chrome and manganese.
Manage procurement processes for raw materials and consumables to ensure uninterrupted production.
Administer factory matters encompassing human resources, health and safety, production scheduling, shipment planning, and stock management.
Potentially manage plant sales activities, including coordination with external sales agents and expanding sales locally and into African markets.
