Role Overview
The Seasonal Spa Therapist will provide professional treatments, ensure guest satisfaction, and assist the spa team in maintaining a high standard of service during the peak season.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a range of spa treatments in line with hotel standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming spa environment
Ensure accurate recording of treatments and guest notes
Promote spa services and retail products to guests
Support the spa team with daily operations and administrative tasks as needed
Uphold high hygiene and safety standards at all times
Requirements
Relevant spa therapy qualification and experience in a luxury hotel or high-end spa
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional, friendly, and client-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
