Role Overview
The Seasonal Spa Reservationist will manage spa bookings, support the spa team, and ensure a seamless experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
Manage spa reservations, appointments, and scheduling efficiently
Welcome and assist guests with enquiries via phone, email, or in person
Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest information
Support the spa team with administrative and operational tasks as needed
Promote spa services and treatments to guests
Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for all guests
Requirements
Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Professional, friendly, and client-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
