Restaurant Project Manager | Riyadh | Expanding Hospitality Group A well-known hospitality group, managing a diverse portfolio of casual, upscale, and luxury franchise brands, is seeking a Pre-Opening RESTAURANT PROJECT MANAGER to spearhead their massive expansion in Riyadh . With 12 outlets currently operational and 10 more openings on the horizon, we are looking for a strategic leader to ensure every new venue opens with precision and excellence. The Role As the Restaurant Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our aggressive growth strategy. You will oversee the entire pre-opening lifecycle, ensuring each brand transition - from concept to "doors open" - is seamless and on schedule. Pre-Opening Leadership: Manage all phases of restaurant launches, including site readiness, vendor coordination, and operational setup. Brand Management: Maintain the high standards of our well-known casual and luxury franchise partners. Strategic Execution: Navigate the complexities of the Saudi market to deliver projects on time and within budget. Expansion Oversight: Support a pipeline of 10+ upcoming openings across the region. What We Are Looking For KSA Pre-Opening Experience: A must. You must have hands-on experience launching restaurants specifically within Saudi Arabia and a deep understanding of local requirements. Language Skills: An Arabic speaker is preferred to facilitate smooth communication with local stakeholders and authorities. Industry Versatility: Experience across various service levels, from casual dining to upscale and luxury environments. Drive: A "make-it-happen" attitude suited for a fast-growing, high-volume environment. The Offer Salary: 25,000 SAR per month. Benefits: Full Medical Insurance and UAE/KSA Visa.
