Restaurant Manager | Kuwait | Restaurant Group We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy RESTAURANT MANAGER to lead one of the flagship venues of a premier, well-known restaurant group operating some of the most vibrant and celebrated dining concepts in Kuwait. The Role As Restaurant Manager, the successful candidate will hold the keys to the venue’s success. Responsibility will include full accountability for the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction of the restaurant. Our client is looking for a hands-on leader who leads by example, champions high service standards, and knows how to inspire a diverse, multinational team. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Oversee daily front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) coordination to ensure seamless service delivery and strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing service team. Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional work environment. Financial Accountability: Drive profitability by managing labor costs, minimizing waste, optimizing inventory, and executing strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Guest Relations: Maintain a strong floor presence during peak hours. Build rapport with guests, handle feedback proactively, and ensure every diner leaves with a lasting positive impression. Brand Standards: Ensure the brand’s identity, presentation, and service protocols are consistently executed to the highest standard. What Our Client Is Looking For Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager within a high-volume, premium casual, or fine-dining restaurant group. Regional Expertise: Prior experience working in the Middle East (GCC region) is highly advantageous. Leadership Style: A charismatic, energetic, and solution-oriented leader with a proven track record of developing team members. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, inventory management, and labor cost controls. Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
