This role is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in refined environments, understands luxury service standards, and leads teams with confidence and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance, culture, service excellence and profitability of the restaurant, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times.
