General Manager | Luxury Safari Lodge | Zambia Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager for a luxury safari lodge in Zambia. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and high-performing teams in a remote luxury safari environment. Key Responsibilities · Lead, mentor, and develop all lodge staff to ensure consistent service excellence · Oversee daily operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B · Manage lodge budgets, cost control, and financial performance · Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards · Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction · Implement operational policies, procedures, and standards across all departments · Coordinate with department heads to deliver seamless guest experiences · Monitor and maintain lodge assets, equipment, vehicles, and facilities · Develop and execute strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction Requirements · Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience in a luxury safari lodge or 5-star hospitality environment · Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills · Excellent financial management and operational knowledge · Exceptional guest service and communication skills · Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote lodge environment · Hospitality or management qualification advantageous · Valid driver’s license required Package · Salary: 4000 USD - 5000 USD · Live-in accommodation · Opportunity to lead a prestigious luxury safari lodge in Zambia To Apply To apply for the General Manager role, please submit your CV, contactable references, and a recent head & shoulders photo Please note: Due to high application volumes, only candidates meeting the requirements will be contacted.
