Job Description & Requirements: • Oversee all front of house operations to ensure seamless, efficient, and high-quality service delivery • Lead, motivate, and mentor waiters to consistently achieve high performance and service excellence • Implement structured training programs and provide ongoing development to build a skilled and confident team • Drive exceptional customer service standards and manage guest feedback, queries, and complaints professionally • Monitor daily service quality, identify gaps, and implement effective improvements • Collaborate closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination • Maintain strong floor presence during service, ensuring standards are upheld at all times • Minimum proven experience in a restaurant front of house management position • Demonstrated ability to train, develop, and manage service teams effectively • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Own transport and a valid driver’s license are essential Package - Salary: R18 000 per month Start Date: ASAP
