??? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a luxury safari lodge in the Masai Mara to recruit an exceptional ??? ??? ???????? ????????? ?????? ????: This position is only open to Kenyan Nationals This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, hands-on spa professional to take full ownership of a bespoke wellness facility set within one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations. The successful candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to guest excellence, curating wellness experiences that are as memorable as the landscape that surrounds them. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of spa operations, managing and mentoring a team of skilled therapists, developing innovative treatment menus, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and service. You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee inventory and budgets, and collaborate with the wider team on wellness promotions and campaigns. You will also personally deliver a range of treatments, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the luxury standard the camp is renowned for. Requirements • A recognised professional qualification such as CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC, or SAAHSP certification is essential • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Spa Management role, preferably within a luxury hotel or safari lodge environment • Proven track record of recruiting, training, and leading a team of spa therapists and support staff, including scheduling and performance management • Hands-on proficiency in a wide range of massage techniques and spa treatments, with the ability to personally deliver services to the highest standard • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and maintain spa SOPs, ensuring consistent delivery of service excellence • Sound knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety standards within a spa environment • Experience in inventory management, procurement, and budget oversight • Ability to develop innovative, competitive spa and wellness programmes informed by current industry trends • Excellent guest relations skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to handling feedback, complaints, and special requests • Confident collaborating with marketing and management teams on promotions, campaigns, and wellness initiatives • Up to date knowledge of wellness trends and a passion for delivering transformative guest experiences Salary – Ksh 250,000 to 300,000 gross per month ➡️ PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
