Salary & Benefits Salary: R7,500 per month Live-in position Key Responsibilities Welcome guests on arrival and assist with departures, ensuring a seamless guest experience Manage reservations, guest check-ins, and check-outs efficiently Handle guest enquiries via telephone, email, and in person in a professional manner Maintain accurate booking information and guest records Coordinate closely with housekeeping and operational departments to ensure smooth daily operations Provide guests with information regarding the property, facilities, and nearby attractions Attend to guest requests, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally Assist in maintaining high front office and guest service standards at all times Requirements Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role within hospitality preferred Luxury lodge, hotel, or guest house experience advantageous Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Computer literate with knowledge of reservation systems beneficial Well-presented; professional, and guest-focused Strong organisational and administrative abilities Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Positive attitude with the ability to work well within a team environment This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to grow their career within a luxury country hospitality environment while gaining valuable experience in guest relations and front office operations.
