We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow key enterprise accounts across South Africa and abroad. You will drive strategic engagements, manage the full enterprise sales cycle, and collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver cloud-native and software development solutions that create real business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers across key sectors including financial services, public sector, and telecoms. Drive end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity identification to contract signature. Develop account plans, forecast revenue accurately, and consistently meet and exceed quota. Promote AWS-based offerings and co-sell with AWS and other partners. Represent Developmenthub at industry events, summits, and client engagements.
Client and Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain senior-level relationships across your accounts. Collaborate with technical and product teams to shape solutions that solve real business problems. Translate complex client requirements into clear briefs that the delivery team can act on.
Pipeline and Reporting
Maintain an accurate, current view of pipeline, activity, and opportunity status through our CRM. Produce regular forecasts and pipeline updates for the MD. Identify patterns and risks in your portfolio early and act on them.
