A celebrated collection of luxury safari camps and lodges across Tanzania's Northern Circuit is seeking a highly experienced PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER to join their team This is a senior, multi-faceted role for someone who combines sharp commercial acumen with a genuine passion for fine wine, gourmet ingredients and luxury guest amenities; the ideal candidate understands the particular logistical challenges of sourcing for remote, sustainability-focused safari operations. Core Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field; a Master's or CIPS certification is advantageous Minimum 7 years' procurement experience, ideally within hospitality, tourism or sustainability-focused industries Minimum 3-5 years' experience in F&B management or hospitality retail, preferably in a luxury environment Demonstrated experience procuring luxury guest amenities: linens, décor, spa products, and other guest experience items Hands-on experience sourcing wine, spirits, and gourmet ingredients, including building and managing supplier relationships in this space Proven experience in construction procurement and lodge development projects, including sourcing high-end FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) Proven experience sourcing for remote luxury operations, including vehicle procurement Strong negotiation and supplier management skills Familiarity with logistics, customs and import/export procedures in East Africa High ethical standards and strong attention to detail Core Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategy and policy in line with the group's sustainability goals Source and manage relationships with ethical suppliers locally, regionally and internationally Curate and maintain an award-worthy wine list, working closely with chefs and lodge managers on pairings Source specialty ingredients, gourmet pantry items and in-room amenities, ensuring traceability and eco-conscious sourcing Manage high-value asset procurement, including safari vehicles, luxury furnishings, construction materials, and lodge development projects Oversee inventory, stock levels and logistics coordination across all properties Liaise across operations, lodge management and finance to align procurement with budgets and timelines Manage import/export logistics and regulatory compliance for international shipments Maintain accurate procurement records and monitor performance against KPIs On Offer: Based at Head Office in Arusha, with regular travel to camps, lodges and suppliers Open to local candidates and Africa residents Live out
