Luxury Resort based in Zanzibar is looking for an experienced Online Distribution Manager to join resort operations . This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional with strong experience in resort e-commerce, online distribution ; and digital channels. The Online Distribution Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online distribution, e-commerce performance ; and digital visibility of the resort properties. You will be responsible for managing room inventory, rates ; and availability across online channels and booking engines . Key duties include channel management, rate optimization ; and system integration . Duties: Manage and optimize OTAs, booking engines, channel managers, online availability, rates, content, and distribution performance. Update rates, minimum stays, and inventory across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and the resort website. Oversee the Property Management System (PMS), Central Reservation System (CRS), and channel manager software connections. Partner with revenue and commercial teams to drive direct bookings and maximize online yield. Track booking pace, channel production, and rate parity compliance using analytical reporting tools. Requirements: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field. At least 3 to 5 years in hospitality revenue, reservations, or online distribution. Proficiency with hotel PMS, channel managers, and rate-shopping software. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-departmental communication. Experienced in resort e-commerce and online distribution, commercially minded, detail-oriented Fluent in English Able to relocate to Zanzibar.
