This hands-on role is essential in maintaining the overall condition, safety, and functionality of the hotel and villas, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for both guests and staff. Requirements: Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or Handyman (hospitality experience advantageous) Strong skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs Ability to troubleshoot and work independently Valid driver’s license preferred Computer literate Physically fit and able to perform hands-on maintenance tasks Strong time management and communication skills Reliable; responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision Professional appearance with a genuine, guest-focused attitude Must be willing to live on-site and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Responsibilities: Conduct daily maintenance checks across the hotel and villas Perform preventative maintenance and respond to urgent repairs Handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks Ensure all tools, equipment, and machinery are well maintained Coordinate and oversee contractors and service providers when required Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Support the hotel team with all facility-related needs Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and inventory levels Liaise with suppliers regarding tools, equipment, and maintenance requirements Package on Offer: · Market related salary based on experience. · Live in Start date: ASAP
