Management Couple – Luxury Beach Lodge – Overberg, Western Cape

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and professional Management Couple to join a prestigious luxury beach lodge in the Overberg, Western Cape. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic couple with a strong background in luxury hospitality who are looking to take on a hands-on management position within an exclusive coastal property.

The successful couple will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the lodge while maintaining exceptional service standards and creating a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the lodge and ensure all departments function efficiently.
  

• Maintain consistently high standards of luxury hospitality, service and guest care.
  

• Lead, motivate and support lodge staff to ensure a professional and positive working environment.
  

• Manage guest relations and ensure individual guest requirements are handled efficiently and professionally.
  

• Assist with operational planning, administration, stock control and general lodge management.
  

• Monitor and maintain the property, facilities and overall presentation to luxury standards.
  

• Work closely with the wider management team to ensure operational targets and service standards are achieved.
  

• Handle guest queries, requests and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
  

• Lead by example and remain actively involved in the daily running of the lodge.
  

Requirements:

• Previous management experience within a luxury hospitality environment is essential.
  

• Proven experience within a lodge, hotel, guest house or similar luxury property.
  

• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Excellent guest relations and customer service abilities.
  

• A hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a couple.
  

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  

• Professional presentation and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
  

• The ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  

• A genuine interest in hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
