Management Couple – Restaurant, Events & Lodge Operations (Start asap) Location: Mpumalanga – Greater Kruger Area Position Type: Live-in Management Couple We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Management Couple to oversee the daily operations of a hospitality property comprising a restaurant, function venue, and accommodation establishment in the beautiful Kruger region of Mpumalanga. Key Responsibilities * Overall management of restaurant operations * Management of accommodation and guest services * Coordination and execution of weddings, functions, and events * Staff supervision, training, and performance management * Stock control, purchasing, and cost management * Cash handling, reporting, and administration * Ensuring exceptional guest experiences and service standards * Maintaining health, safety, and hygiene compliance * Marketing, guest relations, and online reputation management Requirements One partner must have: * Proven Chef experience with strong culinary skills * Menu planning, food costing, and kitchen management experience * Ability to lead and train kitchen teams The other partner should have: * Strong Restaurant and Hospitality Management experience * Excellent leadership and people management skills * Experience managing front-of-house operations * Event and function coordination experience advantageous Ideal Candidate Profile * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hospitality management * Strong financial and operational understanding * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities * Hands-on, energetic, and service-driven * Comfortable living and working in a lodge/bush environment * Valid driver’s lisence with a car What We Offer * Competitive salary package, R70k ctc * Accommodation provided * Opportunity to live and work in one of South Africa’s premier tourism destinations * Long-term growth opportunities within a growing hospitality operation
