Job Description & Requirements: • Conduct regular inspections and perform maintenance, repairs, fault finding, and preventative maintenance throughout the property. • Supervise maintenance staff, allocate daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure work is completed to required standards. • Coordinate approved contractors and service providers while maintaining accurate maintenance records and job cards. • Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, hardware, and general building maintenance tasks. • Assist with pumps, generators, air-conditioning systems, refrigeration systems, pool equipment, and related infrastructure. • Maintain stock levels, tools, equipment, safety standards, and departmental cost control measures. • Matric qualification or equivalent required. • Minimum 3 years' maintenance experience within a hotel, lodge, wine estate, resort, or similar hospitality environment. • Previous supervisory experience advantageous. • Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a luxury hospitality environment. Package - Salary: ZAR18,000 - ZAR20,000 depending on experience. - Medical insurance provided by the company OR medical aid contribution if the successful candidate has an existing medical aid. - Provident fund contribution of 2.5% of salary.
