?Lodge Manager – 5 Star Luxury Lodge (New Opening) Greater Kruger, Limpopo | Live-in Start date: 26th January 2026 (NEG) Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager for a newly opening 5 star, 7-key luxury lodge in the Greater Kruger, Limpopo. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class hospitality group and play a key role in launching and managing a premium safari property. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day lodge operations across all departments • Lead, motivate, and develop on-site teams to maintain exceptional service standards • Ensure seamless guest experiences with a strong focus on personalised hospitality • Manage front office, housekeeping, F&B, stock control, and general lodge administration • Oversee budgeting, procurement, reporting, and operational planning • Uphold brand standards, SOPs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations • Support pre-opening requirements, including processes, staffing, and setup Requirements: • Previous experience as a Lodge Manager or senior lodge management role essential • Strong background in luxury or 5 star hospitality environments • Confident leader with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills • Hands-on manager able to multitask and operate effectively in a live-in remote setting • Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, systems, and operational procedures • Professional, presentable, and guest-centric at all times Package: • Basic Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 (DOE) • Live-in accommodation • Three meals per day provided To Apply: Submit your CV, contactable references, qualifications, and a recent head and shoulders photograph as soon as possible. ?
