? Lodge Manager – Luxury Property Group ? Namibia ? Salary: N$ 25,000 – N$ 30,000 DOE | Live-in Role Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager for a luxury property group based in Namibia. This senior role is responsible for overseeing all lodge operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a premium environment. ? Minimum Requirements: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in lodge management • Passion for hospitality and environmental stewardship • Ability to mentor, train, and motivate team members at all levels • Strong organisational, logistical planning, and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Business-minded with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills • Competent in analysing and controlling costs, losses, and budgets • Resilient under stress and able to work in a remote environment ? Qualifications: • Grade 12 required; further qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management advantageous • Additional languages other than English beneficial • Valid driver’s licence • Knowledge of the Innkeeper system advantageous ? Key Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise staff across all lodge departments to ensure operational efficiency • Oversee lodge operations and delegate tasks effectively to the management team • Assist with administrative duties and prepare month-end reports • Ensure lodge operates within budget and manage financial performance • Operate POS systems for charges, corrections, and transactions • Maintain high service standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction • Organise and coordinate the team to perform efficiently and meet lodge standards ?
