Salary: Negotiable DOE | Live-in Role (Three meals provided) Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and professional Lodge Manager to oversee operations at a luxury lodge in the Greater Kruger area. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. ? Minimum Requirements: • Proven experience as a Lodge Manager or in a senior management role within a luxury lodge or hospitality setting • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and operational planning abilities • Financial literacy, budgeting, and stock control experience • Ability to maintain high standards of service, health, safety, and hygiene • Experience liaising with suppliers and service providers • Live-in accommodation required ? Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all daily lodge operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and high standards • Lead, train, and support lodge staff to achieve operational excellence • Coordinate guest services and ensure prompt resolution of guest requests or concerns • Manage budgets, stock levels, and administrative duties • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations • Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth operations • Report to lodge owners or management on operational and financial matters ?
