Salary **Salary dependent on experience (DOE)** ### Key Responsibilities * Oversee the **day-to-day operations** of the lodge, ensuring consistently high standards across all departments. * Lead, motivate and manage the lodge team, fostering a positive and professional working environment. * Maintain exceptional standards of **guest service and hospitality** throughout the guest journey. * Ensure the smooth coordination of front-of-house, housekeeping, food and beverage and general lodge operations. * Manage guest feedback and requests professionally, ensuring memorable and personalised experiences. * Monitor operational standards, stock control, budgets and cost management. * Work closely with senior management to achieve operational and guest-experience objectives. * Assist with staff training, development and performance management. * Ensure all health, safety and company standards are consistently maintained. * Be actively involved in the overall guest experience and serve as a strong ambassador for the lodge. ### ? Requirements * Previous experience in a **Lodge Manager, Assistant Lodge Manager or senior hospitality management** position. * Experience within a **luxury safari lodge or camp** will be highly advantageous. * Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. * A genuine passion for **luxury hospitality and guest service**. * Ability to work calmly and effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment. * Strong operational and financial awareness. * Professional, personable and hands-on approach. * Excellent attention to detail and the ability to lead by example. ### ?
