This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Requirements • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a similar role. • Previous experience in a lodge or hospitality management role. • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Good understanding of front of house, F&B, and housekeeping operations. • Strong financial management, budgeting, and administrative skills. • Hands-on, adaptable, and operationally driven. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to thrive in a remote lodge or bush environment. • Valid driver's licence essential. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lodge or property. • Manage the complete guest experience from arrival to departure. • Lead and supervise teams across all operational departments. • Drive staff training, development, and service excellence. • Oversee stock control, maintenance, and supplier coordination. • Manage budgets, costs, and operational efficiencies. • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and presentation standards. • Coordinate guest logistics, staffing schedules, and daily operations.
