Key Responsibilities Guest Experience * Deliver personalised, high-end guest service throughout the stay * Host guests professionally and create a warm, welcoming lodge atmosphere * Build strong guest relationships and handle queries with confidence and care * Assist with lodge activities, including guiding for Trails-qualified applicants Lodge Operations * Oversee the daily operations of the lodge to ensure smooth and efficient running * Maintain impeccable standards across housekeeping, maintenance and guest areas * Support staff scheduling, training and day-to-day management * Manage stock control, ordering and operational supplies * Ensure buildings, gardens and facilities are well maintained * Assist with reporting, administration and general management duties Management & Leadership Lead by example and motivate the lodge team * Uphold service excellence, operational procedures and safety standards * Work closely with the owner to achieve long-term lodge goals * Demonstrate maturity, accountability and proactive problem-solving ? Requirements * Previous experience in lodge management, hospitality, guiding or culinary roles (depending on profile) * Strong leadership ability and a team-focused mindset * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A genuine passion for hospitality, guest experience and lodge living * Ability to work independently, show initiative and remain flexible * Willingness to assist across all lodge departments * Trails qualification for guiding applicants (where applicable) * Culinary training or proven experience for Chef applicants (where applicable) ?
