Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the branch and workshop.
Lead, motivate, and manage workshop staff, service advisors, and support personnel.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Ensure accurate vehicle inspections, quotations, job card administration, and customer authorisations.
Monitor workshop productivity, quality of workmanship, and turnaround times.
Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standard with minimal comebacks.
Manage branch profitability, sales performance, budgets, and monthly targets.
Drive new business opportunities and grow the branch's customer base.
Maintain stock control, supplier relationships, and parts availability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure effective resolution.
Prepare operational reports and ensure excellent housekeeping throughout the branch.
