??? ??????????? ??????????? is recruiting on behalf of an exclusive luxury safari lodge in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve for an experienced and guest-focused ????? ?????? Join an established luxury lodge where thoughtful hosting, exceptional service and conservation shape the guest experience. This live-in opportunity offers a varied role within a professional team committed to creating memorable safari stays. Working closely with the lodge management team, you will oversee guest hosting, reception and concierge services, coordinate departments and develop staff. Responsibilities include maintaining presentation and upkeep standards, managing orders and stock, keeping guest records accurate, caring for equipment and supporting daily administration and the lodge’s conservation ethos. ???????????? • At least four years of hospitality experience, ideally including two years of structured training and assistant management exposure within a five-star hotel or luxury lodge. • A strong service ethic and confidence in delivering attentive, personalized guest care. • Sound food and beverage knowledge, including preparation methods, service terminology, dietary needs and allergies. • Financial administration skills, with experience in purchasing and stock management. • Computer proficiency and the ability to maintain accurate reception records and guest information. • Excellent spoken and written English; an additional language would be an advantage. • Proven team leadership, clear communication and a commitment to coaching and developing colleagues. • Working knowledge of basic labour legislation and workplace disciplinary processes. • An understanding of housekeeping standards, property maintenance and the care of lodge equipment. • An interest in developments in hospitality, food service and luxury lodge operations. • A practical, cooperative approach, with attention to detail, patience, confidence and strong organizational skills. • A valid driver’s license and the legal right to work in South Africa. ?????? – To be confirmed. ?????????? – Live-in position with accommodation and all meals.
