Executive Chef – Luxury Beachfront Destination, Seychelles An exciting opportunity to live and work in one of the world’s most idyllic destinations. We are seeking a passionate, creative, and hands-on Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision of a high-end hospitality venue located on the pristine shores of Praslin Island, Seychelles. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced chef to craft exceptional menus, elevate dining experiences, and guide a dynamic kitchen team in one of the Indian Ocean’s most breathtaking locations. Key Responsibilities
Design and execute menus that celebrate island-style Creole cuisine with a refined European twist . Oversee all culinary operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, presentation, and consistency. Lead; mentor, and inspire a multicultural kitchen team to deliver world-class dining experiences. Drive efficiency, cost control, and profitability while maintaining uncompromising standards. Collaborate with restaurant management to align food offerings with brand values and guest expectations. Uphold food safety, hygiene, and sustainability practices across all operations.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership role within luxury hospitality (resort, hotel, or fine dining restaurant). Proven expertise in Creole and European cuisines ; with a flair for innovation and authenticity is a distinct advantage Strong leadership skills with success in managing multicultural teams. Solid financial acumen, including experience managing food costs and achieving performance targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. Applicants must reside in the country of their citizenship for visa purposes.
