LADIES' HAIR STYLIST - FEMALE
ABU DHABI - United Arab Emirates (UAE)
START: A.S.A.P / 01 February 2026
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday – Sunday
- 1x day OFF per week
- Shifts rotate based on seasonal demand (Eid etc)
- Annual Leave accrued
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager
EMPLOYMENT TERMS: 2-Year Contract (renewable)
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- AED 5,000+ per month (negotiable based on relevant skills & experience desired) / (ZAR 22,000+)
- Service Commission (targeted)
- Retail Commission (targeted)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Certified Hair Styling or Cosmetology (NQF Level 3+)
- At least 8+ years experience in a high-end salon, spa or ship environment
- Cut, Colour and Style confident
- Prior supervisory role experience
- Fit and healthy to work in UAE
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Expertise in Cutting, Coloring and Styling Ladies Hair
- Confident and skilled to perform Balayage, Colour, Highlights, Colour corrections
- Thorough understanding of current trends in hair
- Ability to develop rapport with clients, and to understand and help them explain/clarify complex/specific requests.
- Prior experience in a leadership / supervisory role showing ability to motivate and lead a small team of professionals
- Retail confident
- Prior International employment experience is advantageous
