Champion Lean-Agile leadership and coach teams to embrace Agile values.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and Scrum-of-Scrums.
Drive delivery excellence by focusing on velocity, predictability, and flow.
Foster a culture of quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Help resolve conflicts, strengthen team dynamics, and escalate people-related issues when needed.
Support communities of practice and reinforce Definition of Done (DoD) standards.
