Kitchen Manager – Full-Service Casual Dining Restaurant - Johannesburg/ Pretoria Full-Time | Salary: R12,000 – R24,000 per month (depending on experience) We’re seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations in a fast-paced, full-service casual dining restaurant. Responsibilities: -Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes -Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen budgets to achieve financial targets -Lead; train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance and morale -Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations -Collaborate with the General Manager and front-of-house team to deliver smooth service and guest satisfaction -Plan and implement menu updates, specials, and seasonal offerings in coordination with culinary leadership Requirements: -Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or in a similar leadership role within a full-service or casual dining restaurant -Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team -Excellent knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and cost management -Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment If you’re an experienced culinary professional ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you!
