Key Responsibilities and Requirements: Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or senior culinary leader Strong background in food preparation, menu planning, and presentation Ability to manage kitchen staff, training, and performance Skilled in stock control, ordering, and food cost management Experience in remote lodges or safari camps advantageous Knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Guest-focused mindset with hosting ability Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Package Salary: BWP 15,000 – P18,000 (depending on experience) Live-in position Meals on duty Start Date: ASAP
