Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a passionate Kids Club Coordinator to create a fun, safe, and educational environment for children at a luxury Big 5 safari lodge in KwaZulu-Natal. This guest-facing role involves leading and coordinating activities, engaging children in nature-based, cultural, and creative experiences, and promoting conservation and wildlife awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children
- Promote awareness of wildlife, nature, and conservation
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Support high standards of guest service and lodge operations
Minimum Requirements:
- French speaking is essential
- Proven experience working with children or an education background
- Energetic, friendly, and responsible personality
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and school holidays
- Commitment to child safety and high guest service standards
