??? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a growing pan-African beverage business that sources and delivers premium wine and spirits across the continent, to recruit an experienced and hands-on ??? ??????? ??????? Please Note – Candidates must be based in either Cape Town or Cape Winelands as three days per week will be office based. This is a role for someone who moves comfortably between client relationship management, marketing and organising: leading a polished customer meeting one day, and shaping a campaign brief the next. The Key Account Manager will own the customer relationship management across all markets, building consistent onboarding, regular reviews, renewals and escalations, and translating group strategy into market level execution that keeps accounts healthy and growing. The role also covers campaigns and marketing, from planning and running trade activations, loyalty programmes and education campaigns, to developing concepts, copy and creative direction, and producing polished, on brand material across email, print, digital and presentations. Hands-on email campaign management is central to the role, from audience segmentation through to performance tracking. The successful candidate will also coordinate the wider account manager team across territories, setting priorities, and account plans. Requirements • Proven experience in customer relationship management or a commercial role, in beverage, FMCG or hospitality • Demonstrable end to end campaign experience, ideally across multiple markets or accounts • Hands-on marketing and design ability, able to conceptualise, write and produce polished material. • Experience running email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or HubSpot • Experience coordinating or leading teams, and getting good work from people not directly managed • Comfortable with data and platforms, using them to track account health and report on performance • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with strong organisational and project management skills Salary – R40 000 gross per month (dependent on experience) Start – ASAP ➡️ PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
