Job Description Oversee daily pastry kitchen operations under senior kitchen leadership guidance Ensure consistent delivery of a high-quality food experience for all guests Supervise food preparation, presentation, and hygienic service standards Assist with designing and implementing seasonal menus and new concepts Monitor equipment condition and ensure proper use and care Control breakages, food costs, and wastage through effective practices Implement and uphold health, safety, and hygiene procedures Manage stock rotation, portion control, and waste reduction strategies Communicate effectively with all departments to meet guest expectations Conduct detailed shift handovers to maintain operational continuity Job Requirements 4–5 years’ experience in a pastry kitchen, including supervisory exposure Strong understanding of kitchen procedures, timing, and workflow planning Broad food knowledge with menu design capability Awareness of special dietary requirements and allergen management Ability to train, guide, and motivate kitchen team members Knowledge of hygiene standards, cleaning methods, and safety procedures Willingness to learn, grow, and accept constructive feedback Physically fit with stamina for long and active shifts Good communication skills and professional personal presentation Valid nationality or appropriate working visa Package · Salary: Market Related · Live- in Start Date: ASAP
