??? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a Southern African luxury safari and hospitality group to recruit a commercially driven and well-networked ????? ???????. This is a remote opportunity - Candidates must be based in South Africa This is a revenue-generating, relationship-driven sales role. The successful candidate will be the primary commercial driver of a small growing portfolio of luxury safari and hospitality properties, responsible for aggressively growing bed nights and revenue across both the luxury leisure and corporate markets in Southern Africa and internationally. Working directly with senior management, the role involves identifying and converting new business, managing and growing existing accounts, representing the portfolio at trade shows and networking events, and hosting familiarisation trips for trade and corporate clients. A critical and high-priority mandate is the active pursuit of corporate business, an area with extensive and currently under-exploited commercial opportunity. This includes executive board offsites, sales incentive programmes, client recognition packages, and bespoke group experiences. The candidate must be confident and credible operating at C-suite and senior executive level across South African and Zambian corporates. Marketing responsibilities are secondary and agency-supported: the role involves liaising with external digital agencies, overseeing content across digital channels, and contributing to cross-portfolio campaigns. Requirements • Proven track record in luxury travel or hospitality sales • Established network within Southern African luxury travel trade and/or international source markets • Demonstrable experience selling to corporate markets, comfortable engaging at C-suite level • Confident, self-motivated, target-driven with exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Experience attending and presenting at trade shows (Indaba, WTM, ITB, etc.) • Genuine passion for authentic African luxury travel • Knowledge of the Lower Zambezi / Zambia as a destination (advantageous) • Relationships with international luxury travel agents across UK, Europe, USA and Australasia (advantageous) • Existing relationships with Zambian or South African corporates (advantageous) Salary: On application (DOE) Start: ASAP ➡️ PLEASE NOTE: Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
