Junior HR Business Partner | Luxury Health & Fitness Club | Gauteng North
Salary: R45,000 – R50,000 per month (DOE)
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and people-focused Junior HR Business Partner to join a luxury health and fitness club in Gauteng North.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with a strong operational background who is passionate about supporting managers, driving employee engagement and ensuring best-practice HR processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to provide day-to-day HR support and guidance
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Provide guidance on company policies, procedures and employment legislation
- Assist with employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports
- Support succession planning and talent management initiatives
- Ensure HR records and employee information are maintained accurately and confidentially
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field
- Previous experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
- Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices
- Experience handling employee relations and performance management processes
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
