Now Hiring HR Administrator | Luxury Hotel | Constantia, Western Cape About the Opportunity The HR Administrator provides high-level administrative, operational and coordination support to the Human Resources function, while acting as a strategic and executional assistant to the Head of Human Resources. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless HR operations, legislative compliance, accurate record keeping, and a premium employee experience aligned to ultra-luxury hospitality standards. The role reports to the Head of Human Resources, with the Managing Director as second-level superior, and supports the Head of HR in executing strategic people initiatives, reporting, project coordination, and driving consistency across all HR practices. Key Requirements • Matric essential; Diploma or Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology / People Management advantageous • Payroll or HR systems certification advantageous • Knowledge of South African Labour Legislation (BCEA, LRA, EE Act, COIDA) • Exposure to hospitality or luxury service environments advantageous • 1–2 years' experience in an HR administrative or HR generalist support role • Experience supporting senior HR leadership or executives • Exposure to payroll coordination and HR systems • Sage People 300 experience highly advantageous • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate, up-to-date and audit-ready employee records and HR documentation, and manage onboarding administration • Provide direct administrative and coordination support to the Head of HR, including reports, presentations and dashboards for leadership meetings • Support payroll with data accuracy, submissions and reconciliations, and assist with benefits administration • Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries and support employee engagement initiatives • Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and internal policies, including Employment Equity, Skills Development and BBBEE processes • Maintain training records and coordinate training sessions, workshops and learning interventions • Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and SOPs, and support process improvement initiatives • Compile monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave, compliance) and support HR dashboards and people analytics Package • Salary: R14,740 per month • Live-Out position Please note that only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be contacted.
