You will lead the full assessment lifecycle, maintain accreditation across programmes and service providers, and ensure that all evaluation processes meet professional, regulatory, and competency-framework expectations. This position requires a strong blend of operational oversight, quality management, and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Do
Manage assessment processes for all qualifications and designations.
Oversee administration, quality control, logistics, and updates of online and oral assessments.
Manage professional evaluation processes aligned with the competency framework.
Issue NQF, critical skills, and competence documentation.
Provide secretariat support to internal committees and represent the organisation on external forums.
Coordinate university, assessor, evaluator, and accreditation structures.
Support Recognition of Prior Learning processes, including recommendations and committee preparation.
Assist with training projects, funding proposals, and trainee programme administration.
Manage relationships with external service providers and ensure SLA compliance.
Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement plans.
Lead and support departmental staff, including performance management and capacity development.
What You Bring
Honours degree in Commerce or related field.
Professional accounting qualification or designation.
Undergraduate studies in Education, Education Management, or Public Administration (advantageous).
5 years’ experience in an Education and Training environment.
3 years’ management experience.
Experience administering professional qualifications, traineeships, and assessments.
Understanding of legislative and compliance requirements in education and professional assessment environments.
Experience developing competency frameworks and educational programmes.
