Job Summary
Are you an experienced, hardworking Maintenance Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing industry? Our client is seeking a hands-on, results-driven professional to lead their maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation of their plant.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead engineering workshop staff.
Maintain and manage engineering records and documentation.
Prepare and manage budgets, resource planning, cost control, and report writing.
Monitor quality standards and control maintenance costs to maximize component lifespan.
Ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and spare parts.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all plant maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and company policies, procedures, and standards.
Manage the plant's preventative maintenance programme.
Evaluate, monitor, and optimize plant availability and performance.
Allocate work across day and night shifts and coordinate planned shutdowns, including the management of contractors when required.
