Duties:

• Contact prospective clients from qualified lead sources

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions

• Prepare and present quotations to potential customers

• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently

• Deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the sales journey

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records within the CRM system

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs

• Operate effectively in a high-volume, target-driven environment

• Collaborate with management and colleagues to achieve business objectives

• Ensure all sales activities adhere to relevant industry regulations and internal policies

• Remain informed of industry developments and compliance requirements

• Maintain accurate documentation and records

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12.

• RE5 qualification.

• FAIS-compliant qualification (e.g., NQF5 Wealth Management or equivalent)

• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Experience in a sales-driven environment

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Results-oriented with a customer-focused approach
