The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead from the front, support the housekeeping team, conduct regular inspections, and ensure that departmental procedures are followed consistently. This role requires a hands-on hospitality professional with excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage staff effectively. Job Requirements Previous housekeeping supervisory experience in a luxury lodge or five-star hospitality environment Strong leadership and team supervision abilities Excellent attention to detail and high cleanliness standards Experience conducting room and public-area inspections Ability to train, motivate, and manage housekeeping personnel Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards Experience with linen management, stock control, and inventory procedures Strong administration, planning, and organizational skills Ability to prepare staff rosters and coordinate daily departmental duties Good communication and guest interaction abilities Professional; reliable, and able to lead from the front Ability to work under pressure in a busy lodge environment Willingness to live and work in Sabi Sand, Mpumalanga Package Salary: Market Related Accommodation: Yes Start Date 1 Month will be respected
