Perched on the cliffs of Clifton with direct Atlantic views, this is one of Cape Town's most iconic private villas. We're looking for an exceptional Housekeeper who understands that in a home like this, the details aren't just important — they're everything. About the Role This is not a standard housekeeping position. You'll be responsible for keeping a 7-bedroom villa — with multiple living spaces, a spa, pool pavilion, gym, cinema, and extensive outdoor areas — immaculate at all times. Our guests expect the highest standard, without having to ask. You'll be part of a warm, professional team that genuinely cares about what they do. Hospitality isn't just a job here — it's a way of working. What You'll Be Doing • Daily cleaning of all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and public areas to 5-star standard • Linen and laundry management, including turndown service • Care of high-end furnishings and finishes • Restocking amenities and managing inventory • Responding to guest requests promptly and discreetly • Supporting the team to deliver a seamless guest experience • Upholding health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times What We Need From You • A minimum of 5 years' housekeeping experience in a 5-star or luxury boutique hotel — non-negotiable • The legal right to live and work in South Africa — applications without this will not be considered • A genuine eye for detail • Discretion, professionalism, and pride in your work • A warm, people-first attitude — you work in a home, not just a building • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays • A real passion for hospitality — if it's just a job to you, this role probably isn't the right fit What We Offer A beautiful place to work, a great team, and a positive working environment where the standard is high and the people are proud of it.
