Job Summary
Cracker Zac’s is seeking a strong, operationally disciplined Front of House Manager to lead service delivery in a fast-paced entertainment and hospitality environment. This is a leadership role for someone who understands that front of house management is about control, standards, team performance, and guest experience — not just presence on the floor. We are looking for a commercially aware professional who can manage service flow, lead teams confidently, handle guest escalations, control shift performance, and uphold brand standards during peak trading periods. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all front of house operations during service Take full responsibility for guest experience and service standards Supervise; train, and manage front of house team performance Handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally Oversee shift cash-ups, reconciliations, and variance reporting Enforce company policies, service protocols, and compliance standards Manage bookings, events, and floor coordination Monitor labour deployment and operational efficiency Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Front of House Manager or senior supervisory role Proven ability to manage high-volume service environments Strong leadership presence and decision-making ability Experience with cash handling, POS systems, and shift control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform under pressure and maintain operational discipline Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Experience within entertainment venues, large restaurants, or hospitality groups will be advantageous.
