The camps are deeply committed to sustainability, operating entirely on solar power as their primary energy source. Across three distinct settings, each camp delivers its own unique atmosphere while maintaining the hallmark of a luxurious safari experience. Core Criteria: Solid background in hospitality or lodge operations Previous experience in luxury lodge or safari operations Proven leadership in multi-site management Strong financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, stock management) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to mentor and develop camp managers and staff Operational problem-solving and decision-making under pressure Knowledge of sustainability practices and eco-tourism standards Hands-on leadership style with attention to detail Guest-centric mindset with focus on service excellence Adaptability to remote environments and diverse teams Integrity; accountability, and resilience Candidate Responsibilities: Supervise and support three camp managers Ensure smooth daily operations across all camps Align camp performance with company standards and guest expectations Oversee housekeeping, food & beverage, guest services, and maintenance Conduct regular site inspections and operational audits Implement and monitor safety, compliance, and sustainability protocols Manage budgets, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting Oversee stock take, procurement, and supplier relations Ensure cost-effective operations without compromising quality Uphold luxury hospitality standards across all camps Handle escalated guest concerns and ensure satisfaction Drive innovation in guest offerings and experiences Mentor camp managers and foster team growth Conduct training, performance reviews, and succession planning Promote a positive, professional work culture Collaborate with senior management on long-term planning Contribute to marketing, guest relations, and brand positioning Ensure sustainability initiatives are integrated into operations This is a live in position with beautiful accommodation Meal Allowance Included
