Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Head Ranger to lead the guiding department at a prestigious luxury safari lodge in the renowned Sabi Sand.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the guiding department.
- Deliver exceptional interpretive guiding and guest experiences.
- Mentor, train and develop the guiding team.
- Ensure guiding standards and safety protocols are maintained.
- Oversee daily guiding operations and activity planning.
- Promote conservation awareness and environmental best practices.
- Work closely with lodge management to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain guiding equipment and operational standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a senior guiding leadership role.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent guest hosting and communication skills.
- Passion for conservation and wildlife.
- Strong organisational and operational management skills.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to luxury hospitality.
- Relevant FGASA qualifications and guiding certifications.
- Valid driver's licence and PDP/PrDP where applicable.
