Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse and document business requirements and functional specifications.
Investigate, document and resolve system-related incidents and issues.
Identify and recommend Oracle application enhancements based on changing business requirements.
Configure Oracle functionality to optimise system performance, capacity and availability.
Research and evaluate new software functionality.
Provide functional support and guidance to business users.
Identify training requirements and assist users with optimal system utilisation.
Coach and mentor Trainee Functional Analysts.
Design test cases and conduct functional testing on system changes and enhancements.
Ensure system-related requests and incidents are managed within agreed SLA requirements.
Support continuous improvement of Oracle HR and Payroll processes.
