The ideal candidate must be confident in taking ownership of kitchen performance, organisation, and operational systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and refine a culinary programme in a stunning island environment. Responsibilities 4 years of Senior Chef experience in a high-end restaurant with a Culinary Diploma or Degree from a reputable chef’s academy is essential for a work visa. Expertise in seafood forward menus & locally inspired fusion flavour profiles. Proven ability to manage daily kitchen operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, supplier management, stock control, and waste reduction. Strong menu development skills while maintaining budget and food cost efficiency. A hands-on leader who can motivate, train, and mentor a team Ability to work under pressure and flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
