Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Branch Sales Manager to lead sales growth within the Polokwane branch while expanding the company's national sales footprint.
This role is focused on approximately 80% external sales and business development and 20% internal sales administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, preparing and following up on quotations, managing daily sales activities and supporting the overall growth strategy of the business.
The position also includes overseeing the company's online marketing initiatives across various digital platforms, including social media, websites and email marketing, while contributing to the development and expansion of the national sales team.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven sales and business development experience.
Strong external sales and client relationship management skills.
Experience with quotation preparation and sales administration.
Knowledge of online and social media marketing.
Cold calling and new business development experience.
Knowledge of Health & Safety principles.
Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Remuneration: Basic salary with incentives and allowances.
